Installing wordpress is quite easy, but sometimes it gets really disappointing, when I am unable to create and upload .htaccess file into the root directory. I have been trying to create the same file for several times, but I failed to do so. This is for the last time when I was trying to create the said file and while changing the permalink structure in wordpress, I received an error that states, update your .htaccess file. I am totally blank about it and I don’t know how to deal with this file. Please tell me how can I create and upload it in root directory? You kind help will be well regarded.
