If you have moved to live in USA you would need to search for a network which has a reciprocal arrangement with airtelindia for incoming or outgoing calls to be possible or buy a compatible phone in the USA on GSM. Your phone may not be compatible in USA because the processor inside may not be permitted in the country you are staying in.
