Hi there

I want to check that my apple iPhone is locked to a network or not! Please tell me how to check? I have no idea what to do and how to check it out. Do you have any information related to network issue? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hello

It is quite simple you can do it easily by just going into settings, about page and check carrier. Ultimately it will show the operator name (only if your phone has been activated before). Here you can easily solve this issue without any hindrance.

Let me tell you more that devices which are exclusively swapped in such service cannot be easily unlocked with new IMEI. We need the phones original IMEI, so in case you get not in database reply, then you need to send us the phones old IMEI.

You must install the latest iTunes version and then follow these instructions

1. Make sure phone is updated to latest version by official iTunes software
2. Connect phone to iTunes with not accepted (not valid) simcard
3. Wait until iTunes detects phone
4. Now disconnect phone and reconnect after 10 seconds.
5. Phone Unlocked.
