Stop!I'm half mer half human want to know how iwent to the beach a few days ago and i brought a real pearl necklace from my house i put it on when my feet where touching the water.I felt like i was being pulled into the ocean and then i went home and prayed to god that i will become a mermaid.I woke up two days late drank some water which fell onto my foot and i had a tail! Why on earth would anyone want to become a mermaid???? I really don't understand this. Think about it. swimming for an hour or two is way different from swimming for the rest of your life. i am sure IF there was a spell, it wouldnt be easily reversible, with possible side effects. You'd also have to be specific, like making sure to ask for the protective extra eyelid, gills or a blow hole, webbed hands, stronger jaws and teeth. thats just naming a few things off the top of my head.
People can not turn into Mer-people. It only works the other way around. There is nothing in real mythology to suggest otherwise. Sorry if you might not like that answer but you are asking for "real answers", so you want the truth I'm assuming. I've actually have bothered to study a lot of mythology and its ancient origins.

Its pretty hard to explain but basically you boil about 8 cups of water in a big pot add 5 TBSP of salt and the stuff you peel of corn on the cob. Make this mixture on a wensday night and sit it outside where its in sight of the moon. dont let in sit out there for more then 8 hours!! then bring it in and add it to warm bath water. get in to the tub, you dont need to be completly naked just your legs. drench your hair in honey and go under water for 17 seconds. when you emerge your toes will be webbed and your legs will be green and scaly. your hair will also be long and silky

When are all these questions going to stop!!!!!! For the thousandth time, there is no way, never, no how, that a human can become a mermaid!!!!!!! The spell that others have found on the internet is complete crap! It will not work. Splash! and H2O are movies, nothing more, nothing less.
