We went for a vacation with a Local Taravel Agent who organizes tours to the different regions in India we had been to north, the problem we faced is that about the Quality of food, Living and above all when my Son who is 4 Years old fell sick and was admitted to the hospital the Tour operator did not have the slightest courtesy to ask us, and he left us at that unknown place and came back to mumbai. I would like to know how can we deal with such kind of miss manage tour operator.
