Generally there are different companies who make automobile tyre and there are specifications which are different for different types companies. For Hummer H3 the tyre specification is 315/70 R17. Other type of specification which is fit for Hummer is 315/70 R18. Some of other good specifications for Hummer are 315/35 R25, 315/65 R18, 325/35 R25, 345/35 R25, 345/35 R25. The Hummers are designed by AM General Corporation, they were formerly known as AMC Jeeps General Products Division. They were located in Mishawaka, in the state of Indiana. These vehicles were initially created for the United States Armed forces. The first model was named as Hum-Vee and it was built in various military equipments. The initial contract was of US 1.2 billion dollars and it was won by AM General and it was about to produce and develop 55,000 Humvees by the year 1985, and then it was increased to 15,000 additional units.
In your case if the low pressure warning keeps coming on then it is advisable that you should put your tires to 40 or you can check about the system if it stops at 38 then it is advisable that you keep it to the same level.
