That's normal. You could do more or less depending on your mood, interest, and mate. The person that answered 7 days a week is normal too. Some people want that contact 5 or 7 days a week, except of course on your cycle. I would say relax, and if you want to do more go ahead. If you cut back one week then increase the next that's okay too. I used to study sexual activity between people but I am not certified. This question came up all the time. This is what a therapist would tell you, unless you were seeing a quack which can happen.
