   According to latest reports the French carrier Charles de Gaulle has left the Mediterranean port of Toulon for Libya, while Norway and Denmark  are each sending 6 planes. Spain has sent 3 planes, while Italy also has jets ready to deploy. Canada has deployed 6 jets to Sicily and is preparing them for action.
   Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa, who supported the idea of a no-fly zone, has criticised the harshness of the bombardment.
