Bedbugs will travel up to 25 feet one way for a blood meal, but typically will be found near where the host (person they feed on) sleeps. In extreme cases they can go from room to room, across the hall, thru wall voids to adjacent rooms, etc,. Extremely small, and good at hiding in cracks and crevices, they can be hard to find.

Bedbugs can normally travel 5 to 20 feet nightly in search of a meal, this means a bedbug bite is only at max 20 feet from you
