Mirror cursive is very easy once you start it. You have to start writing from right to left when writing in mirror cursive.
For cursive writing it is better to make sure that all similar letters are at the same height. The letters must be connected by horizontal lines to the next letter while the letters done at the bottom are connected by diagonal lines to the next letter.
Give the diagonal direction to your paper at 45 degrees when you write so your cursive letters have the proper tilt. The slant of the letters is the main characteristic of cursive writing is. Whether you slant to the rights or the lefts depends upon which is more convenient and comfortable for you.
Download practice sheets from abcteach.com and use them towards trace and learn letter formation. Keep your pencil on the paper at all times while tracing the letters. The key to cursive writing is that you should never lift your pencil whenever writing words.
There are many cursive handwriting books available in the market for practice drill sheets. You can also buy them at amazon.com or barnesandnoble.com. I recommend you the book "D'Nealian Handwriting Cursive ABC Book” which is written by Donald N. Thurber and Patricia Barbee. It is very interactive book to learn cursive writing.
It is always recommendable to practice cursive writing as often as possible. Whenever you have time that you have the choice to write instead of type then it is good to choose writing so you can learn and practice cursive writing.

Well, my mind is different than some, I see things forwards and backwords. Dyslexia and being ambadextrious is very difficult at times, because I'll say something, and to me it will be right, when really it's wrong. lol The only advice I can tell you is to have a tiny mirror with you when you write. Then practice writing it 'the correct' way in the mirror. If you can manage to write it correctly in the mirror then you've accomplished writing it mirrored on the paper. Just start off with simple lower case letters first, i, l, e. I taught my friend the only way I knew how. This is a plus if you're left handed, really. I'm mostly a righty, and if I mirror write too much, my hand gets all grey from the pencil. As a lefty's does in a righty's world. hope this helped some!
