How do you transfer music from frostwire to itunes?

   when i try to put new songs on my itunes it adds about 6 copys.

    I had limewire and had to switch to frostwire and when i had limewire it would just automatically go to my itunes. With frostwire it won't do that. I have no idea how to get the songs from frostwire to my itunes. The songs wont drag onto it.

    the first time i was able to transfer the music by
    going to file in itunes
    add folder
    clicked document
    then clicked the frostwire folder and i was able to get everything
    but now i got more music on frostwire

    and when i went to do the same thing to get my music, all i got wa the same music from myfirst download
    help!!!

    Change ur settings to save the new downloads to shared. then go into itunes and file-add-frostwire-shared

    u drag the songs from frostwire library to the itunes then right click on your ipod tab and click sync

    if you go to itunes and click file, then the add folder to library option, you click the saved folder in the frostwire section and then it automatically uploads all your songs to itunes.
