    A Ranger 101-14 was made by Stevens for Sears. It is the Stevens Model 85 in clip mag form. Removing the bolt is easy. Make sure gun is empty, bolt closes, and trigger not cocked. 1. Unscrew cap at end of bolt housing. 2. Pull spring assembly out 3. Remove the round bolt handle. 4. Entire bolt assembly should begin to slide out the rear - it may need a little coaxing with piece of wood.....while depressing the trigger to get the bolt to clear the housing.
