Question:

How do you fix a frozen blackberry curve?

I woke up this morning and my blackberry had a white screen and then would turn black for awhile and then back to white and so on.
I tried taking the battery out and replacing it, and it didn't help. I also went to the At&t store and they wouldn't even look at it. Help?

Hi, Firstly, DONT turn the devcie off! Ensure that the devcie is on and runnnig, THEN pull the battery out of the back. This is VITALY IMPORTANT! Wait 5-10 seconds and put the battery back in. The device will restart and should be ok. Hope it helps
