How do you find NCO account number?

Recently my husband did his credit report and found NCO has him owing $164.00. I am 95% sure what this charge is from and we just want to pay it off. We plan on sending a pay for delete letter, but when I go onto the NCO website they say you need to have your account number. We have only what the credit report says which is 5 numbers followed by XXXX. I assume that the X's are more numbers to the account number. (Also, we just did the free trial for the triple score and have already cancelled)How do we find out the rest of the account number? The NCO website did not seem to have the answer. I have read online that calling is a big hassle and I'd rather deal with them via certified letter. Does anyone know how to find your complete account number? Thanks!
