How do u get a guy to like u in the 5th grade?

i like this guy and in the 4th grade we were friends but his best friend moved away and me and him drifted apart. now he has new friends and he doesnt even talk to me anymore. my other friend likes him too but ive liked him for 3 years and she's only known him for 1. he likes a girl in the 8th grade but shes going to high school next year so he has no chance but he cant see that. me and my friends and him and his friends goof off together sometimes but he still doesnt notice me. boys have liked me in the past and i like him alot!
