How do I tag my links for Google Analytics reports?

I have 75 sites that have separate domains, so I've created unique reports for each. But I don’t know how to tag links to get their reports

    Google Analytics will automatically track all of your AdWords campaigns. You'll still need to tag all of your non-AdWords paid keyword links, though, as well as your banners and other ads, and the links inside your promotional e-mail messages.
