How do I make an ememy my friend?

Ok, in my school there's a girl who almost always hates and bullies me and my friends.I've known her for about 4 or 5 years.Now its almost my last school year in my school.I'm trying to make the girl be a friend to me and my friends.Does anyone have tips for me?
