I have made a few tutu's but I find that the fabric sort of bunches up..is this because of the length? I made one that hangs around 11 inches and one that hangs 14"...or maybe the width? I did 3" wide strips. I see all these great tutu's but want mine to hang nicely without looking like a hot mess!..oh, also..culd it be that I doubled up each length? I wnted it to be super full so every knot was done with 2 lengths of tulle..
