The towing company, Ross Baker Towing Inc. , is apparently trusted by the Devonshire police department to tow cars parked at wrong times.
I had my car towed by them - but I was not allowed to see my car until after I had signed all the paperwork. My front grill was missing on a 2005 Jetta, and my front bumper body kit was completely destroyed along the bottom and where the hook/cable was attached.
I asked the receptionist, Sharde, about the names of the manager, owner, and person who towed my car. I was denied any information, including her own last name. They won't speak to me about my missing part or damage to my car. This is incredibly unjust! I called the Devonshire department right away. They replied that it was a "civil matter"
What can I do?
