How do I fix the on-off switch of a model U6637-930 self propelled Wind Tunnel upright.

I have a model U6637-930 self propelled Wind Tunnel upright.The on off switch does not turn off the vacuum cleaner. What do I need to fix this problem and where can I get the parts?
