How do I become a triple amputee?

I know this may seem disturbing, but i have BID, Body Identity Disorder. I have a devotee husband, that would love an amputee wife, but they don't have surgeons like that anymore... I would like 5 inch above the knee leg stumps, and a 2 inch above elbow stump...

    Discusting, cruel, selfish! Those are words I use to describe ppl like u! i am a triple amp thnx very much! and iriocally enuf, those are my stump sizes! jerk!
