I would like to get experts help in the following matter,
- I got an employment permit from one company of dubai, but unfortunately i cannot join
them as the visa they issued was of clerk but they have promised to send me a professional
visa and also due to my personal problems at home, so i requested them to cancel my visa.
- If they are not agreeing to cancel my visa will it be cancelled from the system
automatically after its 2 months validity or , i will be subjected to any kind of labour ban.
-As i have other projects to deal with in UAE and i need to travel before the 2months time ,
Can i approach the MOL or DNRD for the cancellation of employment permit in any legal way,
so that i will be free from the immigration system and can travel on my will without any
kind of employment or immigration ban.
- If my current visa is transferred to my substitute from my current sponsor ,
will it impose any kind of ban on me.
kindly note that i have not travelled on this visa still and i want to be free to travel
to UAE for my other projects on different visa.
Also is it practical that i travel on this visa and immediately come back to my country
or else go to the MOL or DNRD office and request to cancel my permit .In either case will
i be subject to any kind of ban.
