I tried to reinstall it and was told to uninstall first. When I tried to do that I got this error message: An installation support file 'C:\DOCUME~1\Shirley\LOCALS~1\Temp\-(9B58AA53-6EB9-405E-A86B-6B83C16235F1)-\InsUtl.dll' could not be installed.
Access is denied.
