How can I manage slow computer startup?

I am getting slow PC startup problem when it boots. My friend suggested me to use registry cleaner from this website.

You r right ali, download-registry-cleaners. com this website is a virus in it. My avira antivirus found the download file as a virus.

Hi,
I'd use these softwares to clean up your "temporary files", uncheck whatever files that may load upon loading windows and maybe reduce the amount of files on the desktop (it loads on startup too).

I don't really think registry cleaners or defragmenters can help much.

Disk defragmentation might help though.

Also check the condition of your hardware, increase RAM to 1GB and above..
