    Omg!! I've had the same exact fear as you since 3rd grade! (I'm in 9th grade now). I'm not really sure how to get rid of it but it used to be horrible, and now after afew years it's gotten alot better.. Not 100% better, but ALOT bettet. Sorry, I know this isn't that helpful but just know that your not alone and things WILL get better! :D
