   Crew operating commercial flights into Australia should be registered with a Crew Travel Authority (CTA), except for holders of Australian or New Zealand passports. This includes: crew operating commercial passenger flights crew operating chartered passenger flights crew operating freight or cargo flights. Persons operating private flights into Australia are not eligible to hold a CTA. However, they will be required to obtain a visa to enter Australia.
