I bought my Keurig Elite Brewer in December 2009. Recently it has started only brewing a portion of the cup size it's supposed to brew (either 8 oz. or 10 oz., but it won't brew the whole thing). I contacted Keurig and they told me to descale it, even though the warning light wasn't on. So, I did. When the vinegar was going through it the brewer worked just fine, but as I started putting water through it it started brewing less and less.
