Funny how the masses seem to think that something does not exist. After all, there was an early Native group who were physically incapable of seeing ships until after they were pointed out to them because they were not aware of them. But off that interesting little subject, vampirism actually does have 2 tenets. One is porphyria. The other is a rather complicated process that presses the volunteer into vampirism. I am... particularly certain of that.

Silly human spells are not the way you become a vampire. You must be chosen by a vampire who must get permission to create another vampire. Vampires are created not transformed

wellll.... in european folklore there isnt anyway to change yourself into a vampire except to, be bitten by a vampire have him (or her) drink your blood and then you drink his (or her) lood in a kind of blood to blood exchange. Or if you prefer a more uh, realistic approach you could have been born with the blood pathogen disorder of poryphoria cutanea. but since its a disease you need to born with it seems a bit late for that, seeming how youve been able to ask (unless of course you are a fetus)
