   Hi, take bottom panel off at back. there is a large diameter hose going from the bottom of the tub to the pump. disconnect this hose at the tub end and you will find the filter inside (carefull, water may come out) also, put onto drain program and check the pump is actually turning also if drain is connected to a spigot on the sink trap, this spigot may be blanked off if iot has never been used Thanks
