   The movie “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids” is a comedy film in the year 1989. It was the first movie of Joe Johnston and was released through Walt Disney Pictures and Silver Screen Partners3, the story of film is about a professor who by doing an experiment shrinks his daughter and also her neighbors kids to ¼ of an inch with his electromagnetic shrink ray. Rick Moranis played the role of Wayne Szalinski, the professor who accidently shrinked the kid. Marcia Strassman played the role of his wife. Unfortunately the experiment was unsuccessful and it was only made to explode. During playing baseball the ball got stucked into the attic, Ron and his elder brother went on to the attic to fetch the ball. It gets stuck into the machine and blocks one of the laser components, resulting the release of energy instead of blowing it up.
   As Wayne return from home from a presentation lab, he later notices that his children are no longer present and also his couch was missing. As his children got shrinked so he accidently swept the children into the trash. The rest of the movie is about getting the children back to their normal position. It was directed by Joe Johnston and produced by Penney Finkelman Cox. The music of the movie is provided by James Horner.
