Honda civic. 2006 Honda civic with 7 yr new vehicle plan - comprehensive with Roadside assistance.

2006 Honda civic with 7 yr new vehicle plan - comprehensive with Roadside assistance. Now @ 48,000 km, mostly city driving. Need new rear brake pads per Honda service advisor...does this seem reasonable? and is it covered under the warranty?
