Windows CE GPS Problem

Every time I start my GPS it takes me to windows CE screen.. can you pls tell me what needs to be done to get my device back to normal... also seems like map data has been wiped out.. no idea how?.. any help is appreciated.. Thanks ...Ana

    if your original sd card is ok, you can usually run an update program that is on it to restore the system, if not, then your only option is to get my dvd, listed on ebay, search for finedrive dvd.
