"Te per tali capamus ut,
Macula nostri erit plantabitur qua,
Factum altus faceris,
Non tibi mercentur tametsi.

In secreto absentis vehemus Ut,
Voluntarius eris,
Non ululas itaque te capamus ut,
Mundus quietis hac est."

It's supposed to be

"When we grab you by the ankles,
where our mark is to be made,
you'll soon be doing noble work,
Although you wont be paid.

When we drive away in secret,
you'll be a volunteer,
So don't scream when we take you,
The world is quiet here."

Please have explanations if you can.
