What rights do I have when someone else changed my coverage? I have a high deductible policy that is paid for by my parents. I have a major illness & can not get health insurance elsewhere. My deductible was 3400/ family there was a rate increase so my mom changed the deductible to 5600/family. I did not sign any papers authorizing this. Do I have any rights to fight this?
