Question:

Having more than one extension ring for Mitel 5212/5215 IP Phones.

I have gone through the manuals for both phones, however I don't feel there's enough information provided to do this properly as I've tried everything to make the main line ring on another extension. I have two receptionists who sit in different parts of the office, so need both their extensions to ring with all new incoming calls.

    You can either add a DSS/BLF key on the sets for each receptionist to know the phone is ringing or add a Multicall Key with each of the extensions. Make sure the Ring Type is set to "Ring" on either situation.
