Harboring a runaway

I live in Michigan, I am 22. My girlfriend is 17, she wants to run away from home and come live with me. She wouldn't be forced to stay and there would be no sexual conduct, although she is over the age of consent. I am curious what could happen to me if her parents press charges for kidnapping or harboring a minor.

    dude dont do it.. im 19 and my gf is 17 and i did it. we went to north carolina and i didnt know she was a runaway tell the cop's came. i am now faceing 48 months in jail and 4 years probation
