Hamilton 1050-020 - Strikes 15 minutes early.

I have a Hamilton clock with a 1050-020 movement. (Is this the same as a Hermle 1050-020 movement?) Keeps good time, strikes and chimes fine EXCEPT - It strikes the hour 15 minutes early, all chimes are 15 minutes early. Is this something I can adjust? How?
