How do I put a halter on my 6 month old foal. I can easily get it on her but she wont stand there for me to buckle it. She is in a fairly large paddock. She used to be scared of the halter she does not seem to be now. Should I just keep persisting with her daily as I am until she trusts that this wont hurt her? I am pretty new to this and would like to go with an approach that I wont startle her as she has alot of trust in me as it is and would like to take the gentle appraoch not to lose that trust.
