   i don't totally understand your question about HIV transmission trough finger cuts. i'm assuming you are talking about fingering. There are no data to quantitative the risk of HIV transmission by exposure of a cut to infected genital secretions; at least not to my knowledge. Since there is no documented case, it can be safely assumed the risk is trivial. And the odds of transmission by partner's secretions to hands to a cut on one's own body have to be astronomical. The main thing is to select the right partners and use the necessary protection (condoms etc.) while having intercourse and totally forget about the kind of exposure implied in your question. "HIV anxiety" is widespread
