HELP! i want to become an actress

hi im curtisha and im 15 years old ever since i was young i loved acting and i was always in school plays i would sometimes get the lead role but now since im older i've been tryin out for alot more plays and i've been getting them but now i want to be in a movie or a show so can you plz help me get to where i wanna be and i live in canada soo its really hard for me to find help into acting
