The following feedback/grievance channels available student request forms (both hard and soft copy), evaluation forms; e-mail Where a student makes a formal written complaint this will be: Entered into the grievance register and acknowledged Will be handled in a professional manner and will be resolved within 21 days If a student believes that their feedback is not being properly addressed they should immediately contact with the details of their case If after SIC has replied and the student is still dissatisfied with the outcome they can consider one of the following channels; apply to CPE Student Service Center for mediation.
