    Great place to spend birthday in Washington DC. National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden & Ice Rink is one of the best places to visit and yes this is where I spend my birthday every year! Although my first love is Jazz in the Garden, I appreciate that the winter garden gets something fun too - skating! Wear thick socks, and hope they are as Beatles heavy on their DJ rotation this season as they were last.
