Got an Element MP3 Player GC822....

I can see the music put on the MP3 player when it's connected to the computer but when I try to listen to it, it keeps telling me there aren't any files on it. How do I fix this??

    I can't download music to the mp3 player

    I had the same issue so I took all the music out of folders on the device and just had the songs on the device without being in a folder and it works fine.

    Hi, check to see if your files are MP4, vs MP3. MP4 files won't play in this player, so you'd have to convert them to mp3. Thanks
