Ghost or Demons?

Hi. My name is Rachel. When i was younger my sister and I would always wake up in the middle of the night with
strange noises or weird shapes in our room. Now that were older this is what has been happening.

My sister keeps getting possesd in her mind and it wont let her remember what happend. It chockes us from inside.
It likes to take over small animals and Toddlers. It makes us really mad for no reason. It pushes my friend.

WHAT IS IT? HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?
