German child custody of foreign mother

I am a Asian mother having 5 years old son with German man. But we have many argument after I gaving birth , so we did not marriage. I have full custody at Jungeamt .Now he want to marriage me. But my carrer is in my country. Can I have right to take my son to my homeland with me when I marriage him without his permission. In case we can not harmony and have to divorce. Do I have full custody to my son to take my son to homeland forever?
