    Bohol is an island province of Philippines. It is located in the Central Visayas Region. The capital of Bohol Island is Taabilaran. Mainland Bohol is oval-shaped, having a soft, turning over terrain. Bohol's mountainous inside is house hold to infrequent and imperilled flora and fauna. At certain points, mountains decline precipitously to the seaside area from a largest elevation of 870 meters (2,850 ft) atop open ocean level. Hills dominate the island of Bohol. Bohol's climate is generally dry, with maximum rainfall between the months of June and October. The northeast monsoon (amihan) prevails, from November to April. Except for an infrequent clean, this is the mildest time of the year. Daytime temperatures midpoint is 28°C, refrigerating down at after dark to throughout 25°C. The summer time of the year from May to July contributes higher temperatures and very humid days. From August to October is the southwest monsoon (habagat).
