well i think that they must have been overworked that's why giving such statements because the General Motors have never been in line with the names which are above mention in GM's statement. Audi,BMW and Mercedes-Benz are among the leading Auto-makers if we talk about reliability. though GM might have improved reliability but they should rank there car above previous GM cars instead of the mentioned Auto-maker names....
