Gas oven ignitor installation. Just replaced our gas oven ignitor and noticed the ignitor remains

Just replaced our gas oven ignitor and noticed the ignitor remains on even when the oven burner is lit-it did shut off when temp was reached. Is the ignitor suppose to remain on the entire time the oven burner is on?

    Hi, The burner should just come off, as long as you remove the correct screws. I am not familiar with every mode, but sometimes they can be a pain. Just look at what is securing it, and remove
