No clue sorry i dont live in new jersey but like normal shops open at 9 well as far as in the uk.. im not sure about other place's sorry goodluck anyways

All malls in NJ open at 10AM.
I live right near there....
The hours are:
Monday-Saturday 10AM-9:30pm
Sunday: Closed

the doors open around 9 but the stores dont open until like 9:30 - 10, depending on the store haha but everyone is open by 10 am
