The GPX HM3817DT Shelf System we bought a little ofver a year ago just died. No reason. Help!

    I'm having the same problem "GPX 3817DT stopped working all of a sudden and the reset button does nothing"  And forget about unplugging it for 30 minutes thats a total waste of time, I'm getting power because the Clock is on but I haven't figured out what is wrong yet.

    Did you try unplugging it as a reset? Leave it unplugged for about 30 minutes.
